Ready or Not

Well,

I took my last ride today before the big one next week. It was almost 4 hours of hills. Close to 4000 ft of climbing in 60 miles. I was dead afterwards...but now I am feeling much better. The temps were very nice today and it was a perfect day for a ride. I even mixed in some interval training as well which is not really the norm. It will be good to get back on the road next week with Beecher and even the King of Beechers. I just hope I can have enough in the tank at mile 80 when it looks like we are going to hit a monster hill. I took the bike in this week to fix and adjust. I guess I had tweaked my handle bars pretty good. I thought the Hoods were bent down but it turns out it was my bar. All fixed and ready to go now. Just needs to be cleaned up some and get some "Purple Heat" on the chain.

Just a short one for now. I might go longer tomorrow as I would like to give my take on Lost, Amazing Race and American Idol. These and the Office...and oh ya Grey's are the only shows I DVR. (Grey's is really for K...but I think I am hooked) Did I just come out of the closet??
